Is Notion free for small teams?
There is a lasting free plan that individuals can use indefinitely, and it is enough for a small team to try the shared workspace properly. The paid plans, priced per member, add more room for collaborators, longer version history and admin controls.
Is Notion good for project management?
Good if one person owns the structure. Databases, views, relations and templates let you build a tracker that sits beside the brief and the meeting notes, which removes most tool switching. Without an owner it drifts into a junk drawer, and it has no built-in dependency or workload management.
Notion or ClickUp for a small team?
Notion if your work is documents first and you want the tracker to live inside them. ClickUp if you need a proper task manager with views, automations and time tracking, and have someone willing to configure it. Both need an owner; ClickUp needs one to prune, Notion needs one to build.

Can Notion replace Google Docs?
