Login to CS-Cart and navigate to Admin Panel > Design > File Editor. Open file, '/[ACTIVE_SKIN]/customer/orders_pages/order_details.tpl' (If you have latest version, the file for integration is called complete.tpl and is located in the 'templates/views/checkout/complete.tpl' and in the '/design/themes/responsive/templates/views/checkout/complete.tpl' directory of your CS-Cart installation).
